For over 35 years Dan has owned and operated Custom Car Care. Over the years Dan has been involved in the community and has been a sponsor for a wide variety of events and activities. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Brian is a resident of Monroeville Indiana. He is a graduate of International Business College. For the last 5 years he has been the general manager here at Custom Car Care. Outside of work Brian stays busy racing stock cars and go karts. He also plays guitar in the local oldies band, the Alley Kats.

Phil handles all of the financing and paperwork here at Custom Car Care. He has been here since May of 2009 but has a lot of experience in automotive financing. He is a native of Grand Rapids Michigan and attended Grand Valley State University. Phil currently resides in Van Wert Ohio with his wife and kids. Even though he lives in Ohio he stays loyal to the Michigan sport teams (Wolverines, Lions, Pistons, Tigers, and Red Wings)! In his free time Phil loves to spend time with his family and you can find him on the golf course in the summer!

Dean lives near Bluffton and has been at Custom Car Care since March of 2010. He has over 30+years of experience in the automotive industry. He started out washing cars and has done everything from detailing cars, parts management, automotive machine shop work and selling new and pre-owned cars. If you have an automotive question Dean can probably answer it for you! In his free time he loves to spend time with his family .

John is originally from Decatur and lives there today. He moved to Florida where he lived for several years before deciding that the sunshine and beach wasn’t for him…he missed the cold and snowy winters we get here in Indiana ?! He laid flooring for a number of years before beginning his automotive career. He has has been working in the automotive industry for the last 8 years. He came to Custom Car Care in December of 2008. When he is not working John loves to spend time with his family and in the summer you can find him driving his Jeep Wrangler.

Dave lives in Ossian and works here part time. He is a retired business teacher and transportation director at Norwell High School. He was also a firefighter in Ossian. When he isn't working he spends time with his family which includes frequent trips to Las Vegas!

Mike has been with us since April 2011. He has been in the automotive industry nearly all of his life and has worked in nearly every capacity of a dealership from service writer to finance to sales. When he isn't working he loves to spend time with his family and go hunting.

Corey is from Decatur. He went to Bellmont and played basketball and baseball. He graduated from Manchester College where he played baseball. After college he played semi-pro baseball for the Decatur Dirtybirds.

Dan has been working in our service department for the last 5 years. Altogether he has over 20 years experience servicing cars. Outside of work he spends time with his family which includes trips to Tennessee where some of them still live. Recently he started going to school at Ivy Tech to study automotive technology.

Doug is a lifelong resident of Decatur and graduate from Bellmont High School. He has been working at Custom Car Care just over a year. He works in the detail shop and does just about everything from cleaning the interiors to washing the cars along with other random tasks. In his free time Doug loves to spend time with his kids. His son plays football at the middle school and his daughter plays softball and dances at Razz M'Jazz in Decatur.
